Job Description: Social Media Associate

You will be working with Dr. Arlene Barro the Founder and CEO of barro global search,inc, established  in 2003. To learn more about Dr. Arlene and her fascinating career, go to www.winwithoutcompeting.com. Discover The Right Fit Method which she created.

 Unique Virtual Opportunity for The Right Fit for the right candidate to use your design skills and social media expertise.

THREE STEPS:

1. Design an image(poem) which Dr. Arlene writes and emails to you monthly. Depending on the topic, you may design another image. Go to the WIN Site Homepage to see examples and style. After you design the image, email it to Dr. Arlene for review. As Dr. Arlene’s collegue, you will be asked for your comments.   

2. Dr. Arlene will email Tweets to you with images to test on Twitter. Then, email screenshots to her. If she has too

many characters, she will tell you what to change.

3. Posting on Social Media: Working together by phone  Every month we post and decide what date we will post next month. You will post on Twitter, LinkedIn (2), Facebook(2), YELP(2). GOOGLE picks up the Tweets in 10 seconds and posts them for four days or more.

Who Should Apply to Become the Social Media Associate? 

• Currently, on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong interpersonal and relevant technical skills
• Curious and eager to learn
• Reliable and Flexible

Focused on Finding The Right Fit: Staying For a Defined Period of time.

Compensation: Flat Fee. Check Mailed Monthly.

The Fee will be based on Dr. Arlene’s  Assessment of Your Competence and Stability.

 Annual Range ($1200-$2100)
