SB 905 – Local Control of Last Call – passed the State Legislature last week and has been sent to the Governor. Governor Brown (who used to live in Laurel Canyon) has until September 30 to sign or veto the bill.
We’re close to victory, but this final hurdle is key!
SB 905 allows 9 California cities (including West Hollywood) a five-year period to enact their own plan (in conjunction with law enforcement and community stakeholders) to adjust Last Call as late as 4 a.m.
Can you please take 60 seconds TODAY and call Governor Brown’s Office at (916) 445-2841 and urge him to “sign SB 905 to allow West Hollywood to decide on its own Last Call rules.”

Under “Please Choose Your Subject” scroll down to SB 905.
We fully expect the opponents of SB 905 to bombard Governor Brown with false information on the “dangers” of allowing communities to craft their own Last Call rules. It’s vital that Governor Brown knows West Hollywood’s business community and residents strongly SUPPORT SB 905.
